The Cowichan Seniors Community Foundation is a community of businesses and non–profit organizations that serve adult residents of the Cowichan Valley.

The Cowichan Seniors Community Foundation’s mission is to identify emerging issues affecting seniors through dialogue with businesses, non-profits and Valley residents.

The Cowichan Seniors Community Foundation is an information, collaboration and funding resource for organizations that serve our aging population.

The Cowichan Seniors Community Foundation communicates information about our network members’ services and the issues affecting our community.

The Cowichan Seniors Community Foundation links with other organizations to ensure critical gaps in Valley services are bridged.

The Cowichan Seniors Community Foundation empowers Valley residents to age well by providing knowledge, support and services.

Our Vision

The Foundation was established to advocate for awareness of services for all seniors and to assist in community response to emerging needs for the well–being of seniors in the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island, BC.

Our Philosophy

The Cowichan Seniors Community Foundation believes that by engaging seniors groups in a partnering strategy and collaborating in fundraising efforts, much success can be enjoyed by providing goods and services not otherwise accessible. The Foundation offers financial support, expertise, and advocacy to enhance the efforts already made by many volunteers and professionals towards better senior's health and wellness in the Cowichan Valley.
