The Canadian Cancer Society is a national, community–based organization of dedicated volunteers, whose mission is the eradication of cancer and the enhancement of the quality of life for people living with cancer. Locally we offer peer support groups, drivers’ program and emergency financial aid. Lodges close to treatment, cancer connection at 1–888–939–3333 and summer camps for children near Maple Ridge, BC are also available.

The Seniors Outreach Team and Duncan Mental Health and Addictions work with people 65 years and older who have concerns about their mental, emotional and physical well being.

Seniors who are experiencing concerns in these areas may also need assistance with managing their alcohol and medication use.
